The Indians bunched eleven runs in the third, fourth and fifth innings today to walk away with a win against the AL champion Tigers. Oddly, none of the runs scored on homeruns and David Delucci, Mike Rose and Jason Michaels all had good games. Delucci went two for three with three RBIs, Rose went three for three with an RBI and three runs while Michaels went two for four with two RBis and two runs.
On the pitching side, Roberto Hernandez walked the bases loaded but he pitched out of his own jam in the third inning. Adam Miller was probably the star though. The top prospect threw two perfect innings and he struck out two.
