Fausto Carmona is expected to be out of the rotation for four weeks. An MRI exam of Carmona’s left hip shows a moderate strain of an exterior muscle. There is good news, however, there is no interior damage which makes the injury much less severe. With Carmona out the Indians will likely place the right hander, Jake Westbook back into the rotation in place of the injured Carmona.
